YOGA!!!
I think I can label it as the most peacest( dragged the peace too much) way of exercise. Its a mind body and soul exercise. So what do we need in room if we wanna yoga there.
COLORS!
NUDE colors the thing for this room. It creates peace and subtles the atmosphere.
VENTILATION
Have the best ventilation come in and use the best of it, I mean this would be the only source of light to your room. Yoga is an early morning task so its better to let
the natural light come in.
Add on would be few mirrors on the wall, this will add space, light and let your posture visible.
CENTER POINT
Always have one center point to focus and direct the asanaas. This point can be of any form, design motif, a light focused or just a mural.
FEW GREENS
Have few green indoor plants for serenity and to add a fresh feel. Check out my other blog about indoor plants and hydroponics.
ACCENTS
Some inspiring pics on the wall. I would suggest to add in few asana pics also.
ORNAMENTS
add ornaments to the rooms to accentuate the aura for a better and longer stay in the room.
Finally do not cramp the room....maximum yoga performers should not be more than 5
DO NOT MAKE OT CRAMPED.....
